Terms and Conditions

Company: Bear and Moo Ltd
Customer: Wholesale customer with a Bear & Moo wholesale account.

Orders to be made by via website. Minimum order value $200 excl GST.

Ownership, Payment & Sales
All prices displayed are in New Zealand Dollars.

Goods remain the property of the Company until payment is received. Full payment is required before goods are shipped. Payment must be made by credit/debit card or bank transfer.

Goods are not available for resale on TradeMe, Amazon, e-bay, Facebook marketplace or other non-customer proprietary sales or auction sites or social media sites. Goods may only be sold in-store or on the customers own website. Goods are not to be sold on a dropshipping basis. Pre-orders are only allowed with the permission of the Company as stock cannot be guaranteed at any time. Wholesale purchases are to be used for resale purpose only and not for personal or group/co-op orders.

Faulty Items
If any items are faulty, please email hello@bearandmoo.co.nz as soon as the issue is identified. Refund or replacement will be offered at the Company's discretion.

Returns or Claims
Any items damaged or faulty on arrival, or any issues with delivery must be advised via email to the Company within five (5) days of receiving goods. Please include your invoice number when writing. If no complaint is received within this time, then the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted that the goods were correctly delivered and charged.

No Goods will be accepted for return without the Company's prior written consent via email.
Shipping for any returns is at the expense of the Customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any change of ownership or contact details must be communicated to the Company immediately.

Advertising & Marketing
The Company will list the Customer as a stockist on their website.
The Company will supply the Customer with some stock images for their use. These images can be used by the Customer for promotional purposes without permission. Any images found on the Company's social media pages, website etc cannot be used without the written permission of the Company.

The Customer must use the Bear & Moo brand name and are encouraged to use the logo where possible.

The Customer must not offer products for sale for longer than two weeks, and not at a percentage of more than 30% off.  Products must not be sold for less than RRP.

The Company reserves the right to cancel a Customer's account or any order at any time without reason.
